that your diet needs more fiber. The average adult needs between 25 and 30
grams of fiber a day to ward off constipation, far more than most of us typically eat. To avoid bloating and cramping, you’ll want
to gradually add fiber to your diet. For a sweet constipation remedy, take your pick of luscious raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries. “All are examples of fruits that have a
good amount of fiber. A half-cup of fresh strawberries provides
2 grams of fiber while the same size serving of blackberries will provide 3.8 grams and
raspberries 4 grams. Berries have an added advantage of being low

Dried fruits, such as dates, figs, prunes, apricots, and raisins, are another great source
of dietary fiber that acts as constipation reliever. “Prunes, in particular, are great because
they not only are high in fiber, but also contain Sorbitol, which is a natural laxative. 4) OATS :
Oats are generally considered healthy due to their rich content of several essential
nutrients In a 100 gram serving, oats provide 389 calories
and are an excellent source of protein (34% DV), dietary fiber (44% DV), several B vitamins
and numerous dietary minerals, especially manganese (233% DV). Oats are 66% carbohydrates, including 11%
dietary fiber and 4% beta-glucans, 7% fat and 17% protein. Start your day with a healthy fiber rich meal
of OATS. Sprinkle some almonds and your sure to keep
constipation at bay. 5) Fruits :

which has high fibre content. There are other fruits that can give you the
additional fibre you need. Some of them are oranges(13% DV) , Pears(3.1
g) and Ripe banana (2.6 g) Other benefit of eating fruits is the trace
