Thotakura Liver Curry Ingredients required for Thotakura Liver Curry Amaranthus Leaves, Gram Flour, Garam Masala, Onions, Dry Red Chillies, Green Chillies,
Curry Leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste, Chicken Masala, Red Chilli Powder, Salt & Oil Take a bowl add one cup of boiled and ground amaranthus leaves in it Add 1/2 cup of gram flour, salt in the bowl & mix them well Add some red chilli powder, garam masala to the bowl & mix them well Now, add the amaranthus mix into the idli stand Now cook it for five minutes Cut the cooked amaranthus into pieces Heat some oil in a pan Add some curry leaves, cumin seeds & dry red chillies into the pan Add some green chillies in the pan Add some chopped onions in the pan & mix them well Add some ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, chicken masala & mix them well Now add the cooked amaranthus pieces into the pan Add some water to the pan & mix them well Now cook it for 2 minutes Take the Thotakura Liver Curry into a bowl
