Once the oil is heated add cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, 2 red chillies and fry for 2 minutes. Add 10 – 12 shallots cut into four and saute till it becomes brown. Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tomato and few curry leaves and saute well. Tomato’s raw smell has gone and we are going to add liver. I have marinated liver with 1 tsp pepper powder, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, salt. Add 1/2 cup of water and required salt (Remember that we have added salt in the liver) Close it with the lid and cook in low flame. Open the lid , See the liver fry is ready.
